Mexican Corn Salad Recipe
- 1 (16 ounce.) can kernel corn, liquid removed
- 1 (16 ounce.) can kidney beans, liquid removed
- 1 (16 ounce.) can pitted black olives, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. minced green onion, tops
- 2 tbsp. chili sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 4 drops warm pepper sauce; optional
- Mix everything except vegetables.
- Then add in corn, beans, and olives.
- Stir and chill.
