Pumpkin-Raisin Bread

  1. Beat together the oil, sugar, eggs, and pumpkin until light and fluffy.
  2. Combine the flours, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and raisins in a bowl.
  3. Stir into the creamed mixture with the milk or orange juice.
  4. Pour into an oiled 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 350F (180C) for 40 to 45 minutes.
