Shrimp & Pineapple Stir-Fry

  1. Toss shrimp with soy sauce and corn starch.
  2. Refrigerate 10 min.
  3. to marinate.
  4. Heat oil in wok on medium-high heat.
  5. Add yellow onions and peppers; stir-fry 2 to 3 min.
  6. or until crisp-tender.
  7. Add shrimp; stir-fry 2 min.
  8. Add pineapple; stir-fry 2 min.
  9. or until shrimp are pink.
  10. Remove wok from heat.
  11. Add dressing; toss to coat.
  12. Place on serving plate; top with green onions.
