Vanilla Passion

• 5 passion fruit, cut in half and reserve all th inside (seeds and juice)
• 2 tablespoons mint leaves (wash and chop in small squares)
• vanilla ice cream

1. Mix passion fruits with mint
2. That s it, your vanilla ice cream dressing is done.
3. Deluxed version: put this desert over a waffle.
