Quick-Fix Beef and Rice

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
  3. Stir in peas, soup, milk, garlic and thyme.
  4. Bring just to boil.
  5. Spread meat mixture onto bottom of 8-inch square baking dish.
  6. Top with rice; sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Bake 10 min.
  8. or until cheese is melted.
