Vegetable Egg Dumpling
- 1 bunch spring onion
- 1 bunch
- 250 grams ground pork
- 5 each egg
- 3 tbsp chinese rice wine
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- marinate pork with corn flour, Chinese rice wine, fish sauce, sesame oil - set a side
- stir fried ,spring onion
- mix 2 with 1
- beaten 5 egg, add fish sauce and sesame oil for seasoning
- heat up small pan, fried 1 table spoon of egg mixture to create thin egg skin
- filling one side with a table spoon if pork mixture
- fold the other half of the egg skin to create a dumpling - add more egg mixture to seal if necessary
- fried both side to goldern brown
- once all dumpling was done, steam to cook them through or
- fried some garlic, add half cup of water, put in all dumpling, add some dark soy sauce, cook till almost dry
