Baked Potato

• 1 large baking potato
• Butter or creme fraiche, as an accompaniment

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Poke holes in potato and wrap in foil.
3. Bake in oven for 45 to 60 minutes until tender.
4. Serve with butter or creme fraiche.
