Pineapple Cake
- 1 (18 ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 34 cup oil
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges
- 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
- Mix cake mix, eggs, oil and oranges (with juice) on medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Pour into greased 9 x 12 pan.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes, then let cool.
- Whip together Cool Whip, pudding and pineapple.
- Spread on top and refrigerate.
