Gourmet Grilled Cheese
- 96 slices rye bread, sliced
- 1 qt. GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 96 slices OSCAR MAYER Fast Prep Precooked Bacon
- 48 slices Medium tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices (1 oz. each)
- 96 slices KRAFT Pasteurized Process Swiss Cheese Slice
- For each serving: Spread each of 2 of bread slices with 2 tsp.
- of the mustard.
- Cover 1 of the bread slices with 2 bacon slices, 1 tomato slice, 2 process cheese slices and second bread slice.
- Preheat flat-top griddle to 350F.
- Add sandwich; cook 2 minutes on each side or until process cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides.
