Gourmet Grilled Cheese

  1. For each serving: Spread each of 2 of bread slices with 2 tsp.
  2. of the mustard.
  3. Cover 1 of the bread slices with 2 bacon slices, 1 tomato slice, 2 process cheese slices and second bread slice.
  4. Preheat flat-top griddle to 350F.
  5. Add sandwich; cook 2 minutes on each side or until process cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides.
