Easy Homemade Salsa

  1. Coarsely chop tomatoes, tomatillos, onions, and serrano pepper and toss together in a large bowl.
  2. Working in batches, pulse veggies in a food processor, pulsing each batch to a different fineness (i.e.
  3. one batch can be a little coarse, one a little finer, and at least one needs to be processed until smooth).
  4. Pour salsa into a large bowl and add the lime juice, salt, and cilantro.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Refrigerate at least 1 hour prior to serving.
