Mushroom & Cheese Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Grease 9" pie plate.
  3. Combine chex, oregano, & melted butter until well mixed.
  4. Press onto bottom & sides of pie plate.
  5. Bake for 8 minutes.
  6. Cool for at least 5 minutes.
  7. Spread mushrooms in bottom of shell.
  8. Combine eggs, half & half, salt, pepper, & onion powder.
  9. Pour over mushrooms.
  10. Sprinkle cheese evenly over top.
  11. Bake for 35 minutes.
  12. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
