Luscious Lemon Cream Fruit Dip Recipe

• 2 Large eggs
• 1 c. sugar
• 1/3 c. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
• 1 tbsp. cornstarch
• 1/2 c. water
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, whipped

1. In bowl, beat together Large eggs, 1/2 c. sugar and ReaLemon.
2. In saucepan, combine remaining sugar and cornstarch; stir in water.
3. Cook and stir till thickened; remove from heat.
4. Gradually beat in egg mix.
5. Over low heat, cook and stir till slightly thickened.
6. Add in vanilla; cold.
7. Mix in whipped cream.
8. Serve with fresh fruit.
9. Chill leftovers.
