TRISH TEX MEX STUFFED SHELLS!
- 1 box Jumbo shells
- 1 packages mozzarella cheese(large)
- 1 1/2 Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 packages Hamburger meat
- 1 finely diced onion (small)
- 1 1/2 packages Taco bell seasoning
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 parmesan cheese
- Boil shells.
- Follow cooking time on box.
- After they are done, let them drain in a strainer until all water is gone.
- Heat oven 375F.
- In separate skillet, cook hamburger meat, seasoning with accent, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
- Add diced onions halfway through cooking.
- Mix in taco bell seasoning .
- Add a little water.
- In a separate bowl, take cooked meat and add cream cheese, sour cream, bread crumbs partial shredded cheese and mix well.
- Stuff shells with meat mixture.
- Top with some diced onions, parmesan , and mozzarella cheese.
- Be sure to use a nonstick pan or coat if necessary.
- Bake 25 minutes.
- Enjoy.
