Chile Cheese Sweet Corn Muffins

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Grease 12 muffin pan cups or line with paper baking cups; set aside.
  3. Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, chili powder and salt in bowl.
  4. Add milk, melted butter and egg; stir until ingredients are moistened.
  5. Add cheese and chiles; stir until just combined.
