Horseradish Turkey And Ham Melt Recipe
- 6 slices rye bread
- 1/3 c. butter, softened
- 2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 6 (1 ounce.) slices cooked turkey
- 6 (1 ounce.) slices cooked ham
- 6 slices ripe tomato
- 1 med. green pepper, sliced into 6 rings
- Slices Cheddar cheese
- Heat broiler.
- Toast bread.
- In small bowl stir together butter and horseradish; spread butter mix on toast.
- Layer each slice toast with 1 slice turkey, 1 slice ham, 1 slice tomato and 1 slice green pepper.
- Place sandwiches on cookie sheet.
- Broil 3 to 4 min.
- Top with cheese; broil 2 to 3 min.
