Zapperback

  1. Fill one shot glass with the whiskey and serve with the Lemon-Ginger Zapper in a second shot glass as a chaser.
  2. Juice the lemons, then the ginger, following your juicer's specific settings for each.
  3. Stir in the coconut water, agave syrup and cayenne.
  4. Serve the juice immediately over ice, if desired.
  5. Yield: 8 to 10 ounces
