Chocolate Rum Delight

  1. Blend the cocoa with the sugar.
  2. Gradually stir in the milk.
  3. Heat to a boiling point.
  4. Remove from the heat and add the coffee and the brandy.
  5. Chill until ready to serve.
  6. Pour the cocoa mixture to make a glass two thirds full.
  7. Add about 1/4 cup whipped cream for each serving.
  8. Blend well and serve at once.
