Lasagna

  1. Brown hamburger and sausage.
  2. Drain grease.
  3. Add onions and celery.
  4. Saute for a couple minutes.
  5. Add the rest of the sauce ingredients.
  6. Simmer for 45 minutes.
  7. While the sauce is simmering, mix together the cheese filling ingredients and set aside.
  8. Put a couple spoon fulls of sauce on the bottom of the pan.
  9. Lay 3 noodles crosswise on the bottom of the pan.
  10. Put 1/2 the cheese mixture on the noodles.
  11. Put half of the mozzarella cheese on top.
  12. Put 1/3 of the sauce mix on top of that.
  13. Repeat with the noodles, cheese, then sauce.
  14. Add a layer of noodles, then sauce.
  15. Top with the parmesan cheese.
  16. cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  17. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  18. You may add more mozzarella on top as well.
