Queen of Heart Tarts

• 1-3/4 cups milk
• 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
• 6 mini graham cracker pie crusts
• Thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

1. Pour milk into medium bowl.
2. Add pudding mix.
3. Beat with wire whisk until well blended.
4. Spoon evenly into tart shells; top each with dollop of whipped topping.
5. Garnish with heart-shaped candy.
