Ginisang Munggo (Sauteed Mung Beans)

  1. Place munggo beans in boiling water until tender.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Heat cooking oil in a pan.
  4. Saute garlic, onion and ginger.
  5. Add pork.
  6. Saute until golden brown.
  7. Add shrimp paste.
  8. Then add the cooked munngo and water.
  9. Simmer until pork is tender.
  10. Add malunggay leaves.
  11. Simmer for a few more minutes.
  12. Serve with steamed rice or fried fish.
