Quick Rosemary Parmesan Mac and cheese

  1. Bring water to boil and cook elbow pasta add a little canola oil and salt for taste and prevent sticking.
  2. In a saucepan pan melt butter and whisk in flour for the roux.
  3. Turn off heat add warm milk to the roux slowly while whisking.
  4. Turn on heat let it thicken.
  5. Add Rosemary and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Add Cheese sauce to elbow pasta and enjoy.
