Quick Rosemary Parmesan Mac and cheese
- 1 cup elbow pasta
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 chopped rosemary
- Bring water to boil and cook elbow pasta add a little canola oil and salt for taste and prevent sticking.
- In a saucepan pan melt butter and whisk in flour for the roux.
- Turn off heat add warm milk to the roux slowly while whisking.
- Turn on heat let it thicken.
- Add Rosemary and Parmesan cheese.
- Add Cheese sauce to elbow pasta and enjoy.
