Bourbon, Pear and Gorgonzola Burger

  1. For each serving: Beat 1 Tbsp.
  2. bourbon and 1/4 tsp.
  3. sugar with whisk in shallow dish.
  4. Add 4 pear slices; turn over to coat both sides.
  5. Let stand 1 hour to marinate.
  6. Drain pears; discard marinade.
  7. Grill on medium-high heat 1 min.
  8. on each side or until tender.
  9. Grill 1 beef patty on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min.
  10. on each side or to medium (160 degrees F), or desired doneness.
  11. Top with 1 Tbsp.
  12. (1 oz.)
  13. cheese and grilled pears.
  14. Grill 30 sec.
  15. or until cheese begins to melt.
  16. Spread bottom half of roll with 1 Tbsp.
  17. each steak sauce and mayonnaise; top with 1/4 cup lettuce, about 2 onion rings, cheeseburger and 1 Tbsp.
  18. of the remaining steak sauce.
  19. Cover with top of roll.
