Zesty Oven-Fried Potatoes

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Lightly spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
  3. Arrange the potato wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, stir together the oil, Creole Seasoning, and pepper.
  5. Drizzle over the potatoes, stirring to coat.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and tender.
  7. Just before serving, sprinkle with the vinegar.
