Bonito and Sweet Onion in Spicy Gochujang Sauce
- 200 grams Bonito sashimi or tataki (seared)
- 1 half New Onions
- 2 Green onions or scallions
- 1 half to a bunch Mitsuba
- 2 tsp Gochujang
- 1 tbsp Ponzu
- 1 tsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Garlic (grated)
- 1 tsp Ginger (grated)
- 1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp Ground sesame seeds
- Cut the roots of the mitsuba and chop roughly.
- Chop the green onions and thinly slice the onion.
- If you like, soak in water and drain.
- Slice the fish.
- Mix the ingredients, add the fish and onion and mix.
- Add mitsuba, green onion and sesame seeds, toss and it's done.
- If you are using a normal onions, soak in water and then drain.
