Easy no-bake Cheesecake

  1. Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
  2. Add cream cheese, sugar and cool whip to bowl and mix well using a mixer.
  3. The mix will fill both graham cracker crusts.
  4. Fill 3/4 to top saving room for (optional) pie filling.
  5. (Optional) add fruit pie filling to top of cheesecake.
  6. Place both cheesecakes in refrigerator overnight to get cold.
