Easy no-bake Cheesecake
- 2 Graham cracker crust
- 2 Cream cheese
- 1 tub of cool whip
- 1 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 Optional - Fruit pie filling (cherries or strawberries)
- Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
- Add cream cheese, sugar and cool whip to bowl and mix well using a mixer.
- The mix will fill both graham cracker crusts.
- Fill 3/4 to top saving room for (optional) pie filling.
- (Optional) add fruit pie filling to top of cheesecake.
- Place both cheesecakes in refrigerator overnight to get cold.
