Reduced Calories Tofu Cheesecake
- 1 amount Ingredients
- 150 grams Cream cheese
- 100 ml Plain yogurt
- 200 grams Silken tofu
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 4 tbsp White flour
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- Wrap tofu in paper towels and microwave for 2 minutes.
- Place a weight on top to drain.
- Place the tofu (from step 1) and plain yogurt on a colander or sieve lined with a paper towel.
- Set aside for 30 minutes to an hour for further draining.
- Combine the mixture from step 2, cream cheese (brought to room temperature), honey, flour, eggs, and lemon juice in a blender.
- Blend thoroughly.
- Pour into a pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a 170C (338F) preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
- When done, remove from the pan.
- Serve as it is, or chill in the fridge first.
- Top with cream or fruits if you like.
