Christmas Crack

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Bring butter, sugar and vanilla to a boil
  3. Line a 9x13 pan with foil then with one layer of saltines salt side up
  4. Pour evenly over crackers
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes
  6. Take mixture out, turn oven off
  7. Pour chocolate chips evenly over the top
  8. Put back in warm oven to melt the chips
  9. Spread chocolate evenly over crackers
  10. Put in fridge to set
  11. Break apart and eat
