- Fat Free Cream Cheese 12 oz (Lucerne suggested
- Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt 10 oz ) Chobani suggested)
- 2 whole large eggs (EggLands Best suggested)
- 1/4 cup 2% milk
- 1/2 cup granulated Splenda
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 scoop cellucor whipped vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl
- Mix well with a large wooden spoon until a thick clumpy pudding like mixture
- Blend on high for 3-4 minutes with an electric mixer until well combined into a less viscous pudding like mixture
- scrap this out of the bowl and put into a 9" diameter baking pan (not glass) that is sprayed with baking spray and then lined with parchment paper.
- let settle evenly by shaking pan lightly.
- oven preheated to 350 bake for 20 minutes, then bake for 40 minutes at 300. pull out and let sit till cool.
- place in fridge for at least 3 hours before serving.
- or place in freezer for 1 hour after cooled at room temp for quicker setting/serve time.
- top with warm fruit of choice or frozen fruit and some sugar free chocolate sauce.
- serve and enjoy!
