Tangy Slow Cooker Tomato Chops
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 4 whole Bone-in Pork Loin Chops
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/4 teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
- 1 whole (28 Oz. Can) Tomato Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar

- Heat oil in large skillet over med-high heat.
- Meanwhile, season chops with salt and pepper.

- Brown chops in skillet, 4-5 minutes per side.Remove from skillet.
- 3.
- Reduce heat to medium.
- Add 1/2 tbsp.
- oil, if needed, then add garlic and red pepper.
- Saute until garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.

- Add tomato sauce, vinegar, and brown sugar to skillet.
- Remove from heat.
- 5.
- Place chops in crock-pot.
- Pour sauce over chops.
- Spread onion on top.
- 6.
- Cook on low heat 7-8 hours, until chops are tender.
- They may fall apart a little, but thats okay!
- 7.
- Serve over egg noodles.
