Tangy Slow Cooker Tomato Chops

  2. Heat oil in large skillet over med-high heat.
  3. Meanwhile, season chops with salt and pepper.

  5. Brown chops in skillet, 4-5 minutes per side.Remove from skillet.

  7. Reduce heat to medium.
  8. Add 1/2 tbsp.
  9. oil, if needed, then add garlic and red pepper.
  10. Saute until garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.

  12. Add tomato sauce, vinegar, and brown sugar to skillet.
  13. Remove from heat.
  14. 5.
  15. Place chops in crock-pot.
  16. Pour sauce over chops.
  17. Spread onion on top.
  18. 6.
  19. Cook on low heat 7-8 hours, until chops are tender.
  20. They may fall apart a little, but thats okay!
  21. 7.
  22. Serve over egg noodles.
