Bacon Chicken Bake
- 4 each chicken breasts halves, skinless boneless, cooked
- 6 slices bacon cooked crisp
- 10 1/2 ounces soup, cream of chicken can
- 1 x bread crumbs seasoned
- 1 x tarragon leaves
- 1 x garlic powder
- 1 x black pepper freshly ground
- Place chicken in casserole dish, arrange bacon slices on top.
- Mix soup with 1/2 cup water, spread on top of chicken.
- Sprinkle with seasonings to taste.
- Top with bread crumbs.
- Bake at 400F (200C) for 40 minutes.
