Beef and Noodle Salad
- 400g eye fillet beef steak
- 1/2 cup KRAFT FREE* Thai Lime & Coriander Dressing
- 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
- 200g rice stick noodles
- 1 red capsicum, finely sliced
- 1 nectarine, sliced into wedges
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup beanshoots
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves
- Place steak in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of the combined dressing and sweet chilli sauce, coat well.
- Cover and allow to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- Pour boiling water over noodles and soak for 5-6 minutes, drain well.
- Grill steak on a pre-heated chargrill plate over medium high heat for 3-4 minutes each side.
- Remove, cover and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
- Combine noodles, capsicum, nectarine, cucumber, beanshoots and coriander.
- Place onto serving plates, top with beef slices, and drizzle with remaining dressing mixture and any meat juices.
