Dijon Cheesesteak Hoagies

  1. In saucepan, combine velveeta, milk and mustard.
  2. Stir over low heat til smooth.
  3. Saute green onions in butter in frying pan for 1 minute.
  4. Add meat and mix lightly til heated through.
  5. Top/fill toasted hoagie rolls with meat mixture.
  6. Top with cheese sauce.
  7. Top with shredded lettuce and tomato if desired.
  8. I like it on mine, my hubby doesn't!
  9. :).
  10. Sprinkle with additional sliced green onions if desired.
  11. Place on top of roll if split.
  12. Slice in half on the bias if desired.
