Masala Corn Chaat

  1. Microwave frozen corn kernels in 1 cup water on high for 5 minutes.
  2. Drain water completely and set aside.
  3. Heat a wok or pan and add butter.
  4. Once butter has melted, add cooked corn and keep the heat low.
  5. Add the spices and salt.
  6. Stir well over low heat for 3 minutes and turn off stove.
  7. Serve hot with a glaze of butter and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
