Masala Corn Chaat
- 1 cup Frozen Corn
- 1 teaspoon Butter, Plus More To Serve
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Chaat Masala
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Amchur Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- Coriander Leaves, Chopped, For Garnish
- Microwave frozen corn kernels in 1 cup water on high for 5 minutes.
- Drain water completely and set aside.
- Heat a wok or pan and add butter.
- Once butter has melted, add cooked corn and keep the heat low.
- Add the spices and salt.
- Stir well over low heat for 3 minutes and turn off stove.
- Serve hot with a glaze of butter and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
