Beef Birds In Wine Sauce Recipe

  1. Cut steak into 3- to 4-inch squares.
  2. Mix together garlic, parsley, cheese & proscuitto.
  3. Place 1 tsp.
  4. of mix in center of meat, place onion slice on top.
  5. Roll carefully, tie with string or possibly fasten with toothpicks.
  6. Brown in oil 8-10 min.
  7. Make gravy with drippings.
  8. Add in 1/2 to 1 c. burgundy (red) wine & a healthy pinch of rosemary.
  9. Simmer 30 min.
