Sesame-Herb Pita Crisps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees .
  2. Place the first 6 ingredients(through marjoram) in a food processor; pulse until corasely ground.
  3. Arrange 4 pita halves, rough sides up, on a baking sheet.
  4. Brush with 2 tablespoons oil.
  5. Spread 4 teaspoons pitachio mixture over each pita half.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 16 minutes, or until lightly browned and crisp.
  7. Repeat with remaining pita halves.
  8. Cool.
  9. Break each half into 4 pieces.
  10. Serve alone or with your favorite dip.
