Pulled Pork Sandwiches

  1. Slice the onion.
  2. Place half of the onion in the crock pot.
  3. Put the meat on top of the onion layer.
  4. Layer the other half of onion on top of the meat.
  5. Pour ginger ale on top.
  6. Cook 8-10 hours on low.
  7. Remove meat from pot.
  8. Discard liquid and onions.
  9. On a plate, pull the pork for the sandwiches.
  10. Place the pork back into the pot and cover it with all 16 ounces of BBQ goodness.
  11. Let it cook on low for another 30 minutes to 1 hour to let the BBQ sauce heat.
  12. Toast buns.
  13. Add the pulled meat.
  14. Eat in amazement.
