Cyn's Spinach And Artichoke Casserole Recipe
- 2 pkg. frzn minced spinach, cooked and liquid removed
- 2 cans artichoke hearts, mashed
- 1 lg. square cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp. grated onion
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 3 tbsp. lowfat sour cream
- Mix all of the above ingredients and place in baking dish.
- Cover with 1/2 stick melted butter and 1/2 bag of Pepperidge Farm stuffing.
- Bake till warm in 350 degree oven.
