Moist Vegan Banana Bread With Chocolate Chips

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Mix the sugar with the apple sauce and softened coconut oil in one bowl.
  3. Make sure the ingredients are mixed well.
  4. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Then mix with the ingredients in the other bowl.
  6. Make sure to mix them well.
  7. Add the banana, yogurt, water, and chocolate chips.
  8. Mix well with the previous ingredients.
  9. Scoop mix into a 9 inch bread tin and bake for 60 minutes.
  10. Check to make sure it's not too moist with a poker.
  11. If it is bake for a few extra minutes.
