Chili Bean and Corn Chili
- 1 (15 ounce) can chili beans, undrained
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 (14 ounce) can Italian-style diced tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 cup corn
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 -3 teaspoons chili powder
- salt and pepper
- Combine all ingredients except salt and pepper in slow cooker; cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
