Claudia's Chicken Pasta Salad Recipe

  1. Panfry chicken breast in a little butter and olive oil till nicely browned.
  2. Set aside to rest.
  3. Place pasta and remaining salad ingredients into a bowl and toss slightly to mix.
  4. Slice chicken breast into 1cm strips and add to salad.
  5. Whisk dressing ingredients and pour onto salad.
  6. Place in fridge for 10-20 minutes or serve at room temperature.
  7. Enjoy !
