Primo Chicken Parmesan

  1. Just follow our 3 simple steps
  2. Cook 1 chopped onion and 3 minced garlic cloves in 1 Tbsp.
  3. Primo 100% Pure Olive Oil for 3 minutes.
  4. Add 1 can (28 oz / 796 mL) Primo Ground Tomatoes, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
  5. Combine 1 pouch Shake'n Bake Italian Coating with 1/4 cup Kraft Grated Parmesan and coat 4 chicken cutlets.
  6. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes.
  7. Spoon 1 cup tomato sauce over chicken, top with 1/2 cup Kraft Part Skim Mozzarella Shreds and bake 5 minutes more or until cheese melts.
  8. Cook 250g Primo Spaghetti according to package directions; drain.
  9. Toss with remaining sauce and a bit of chopped fresh parsley.
