Cheese sauce
- 8 oz extra sharp cheddar or mix with pepper jack
- 12 oz evaporated milk
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 2 tsp hot sauce
- 2 jalapenos
- Note: This cheese sauce is gooey and tangy.
- For a spicier version, substitute half the cheddar cheese with Pepper Jack and add 2-3 minced pickled jalapenos, or to taste.
