Irish Chocolate Cream Sauce

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring the cornstarch and water to a boil, whisking constantly.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for another 2 - 3 minutes or until smooth.
  3. Stir in the sugar and chocolate.
  4. Cook for another 2 - 3 minutes until the chocolate is melted and sauce is smooth.
  5. Whisk in the cream and liqueur.
  6. Cook another 2 - 3 minutes or until heated through.
  7. Serve hot.
