Bok Choy Saute Recipe
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame oil, or possibly vegetable oil
- 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
- 8 ounce Pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 1 c. Sliced shiitake, or possibly other mushrooms
- 1 1/2 c. Sliced bok choy, with leaves
- 4 ounce Water chestnuts, liquid removed and rinsed
- 1 Tbsp. Lite soy sauce
- Add in oil to a large skillet or possibly wok over medium-high heat and cook garlic 1 minute.
- Add in pork, stirring constantly, and cook 3 to 5 min.
- Add in mushrooms and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Add in bok choy and water chestnuts and cook, stirring constantly, 2 to 3 min.
- Add in soy sauce; toss to coat.
- include:Some menus have 1 Skim Lowfat milk serving instead of 1 Meat, 1 Starch, or possibly 1 Fruit serving.
