Best Ever Potato Salad

• 3 12 lbs potatoes
• 1 quart mayonnaise
• 3 tablespoons vinegar
• 7 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
• 1 lb bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
• 1 small onion, chopped

1. Cook potatoes and while still warm dice into 1-inch pieces.
2. Mix with all other ingredients and serve while still warm.
