Chilli Chicken Drumsticks

  1. Place chicken drumsticks in a bowl.
  2. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
  3. Cover and marinate for 2 hours or overnight in refrigerator, turning drumsticks occasionally.
  4. Place in an ovenproof dish, bake at 200C for 50-60 minutes until cooked and crisp, basting at least 2-3 times during cooking.
  5. TIP: For extra hot chilli drumsticks, add an extra teaspoon of chilli sauce.
