Custard Mince Pie Recipe
- 1 unbaked pie crust
- 1 c. mince meat
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 lg. Large eggs
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Spread 1 full c. mincemeat in the unbaked pie shell.
- Mix lowfat milk, sugar, Large eggs, flour, and vanilla in blender for 30 seconds.
- Pour over mincemeat.
- Bake till golden brown in 350 degree oven for about 40 min.
