Jicama-Orange-Pepper Salad
- 14 cup white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 12 teaspoon sugar
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 14 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 cups jicama, peeled, julienne cut
- 1 12 cups bell peppers, julienne cut
- 4 large oranges, peeled and sectioned
- Combine vinegar, oil, sugar, vinegar, chili powder in a large bowl and whisk until blended.
- Add jicama, pepper, and orange.
- Toss gently to coat and chill until ready to serve.
