Pork Chop Breading Recipe
- 1 c. cornmeal mix (not plain cornmeal)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon grnd sage
- 3/4 teaspoon onion pwdr
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Mix all ingredients and coat pork chops.
- Place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 30-40 min, depending on thickness of meat.
- Will coat approximately 8 chops.
