Spicy Bean quesadillas
- 2 ounces kraft 2% cheddar cheese
- 24 Triscuit crackers
- 14 cup taco bell home originals refried beans
- 14 cup Taco Bell Home Originals thick 'n chunky salsa
- black olives (optional)
- reduced-fat sour cream (optional)
- Cut cheese into 6 slices; cut each slice crosswise in half.
- Top each of 12 crackers with 1 teaspoon beans, 1 piece cheese and 1 teaspoon salsa.
- Cover with remaining crackers.
- Place 6 topped crackers on microwaveable plate.
- Microwave on high 10 to 15 seconds or until cheese is melted.
- Repeat with remaining crackers.
- Jazz it up: garnish with black olive slices and reduced fat sour cream.
